problem
Nuthing is going right with it took it out and i started geting stuck on the ice on my road so i pumped the gas and it died now my check engine and 4wd light are stuck on but the truck is in 2wd
You can check the codes in this manner on a 97. http://dodgeram.info/Engine-Gas/OBDI/pcm_fault_code.htm
And I'm going out a limb here, but I'd say the cat is clogged, due to a blown plenum. There is also a good possibility the crank sensor is failing.

i reset my pcm and my check engine lights gone but the 4wd is still there and now when im driving i hear this pinging sound like some thing is tuching a metal fan but i cant find what it is or if it has some thing to do with the 4wd ahhh lol nuthing wants to go right
Does it sound kind of like marbles in a can?
Marbles in a can sound is predetonation. Check plenum for signs of oil, pull upstream O2 sensor and start and see if it runs better.
I suspect plenum is blown and you will need to replace plenum gasket, O2 sensor is packed with crud and will need replaced, and the cat is clogged - and it will need replaced. These things left unresolved may cause a head to crack.
