+1 on what zman said

(...as I am thinking it has been stated more than once here.....) The plenum issue robs power, clogs cats, and can lead or contribute to cracked heads. other than that, not a huge issue.

i checked the tps with the volt meter and the iac do u just make sure it dosnt have any carbo on it ? and ill look at the tb tomorrow i dont got my truck with me but if it was sucking oil wouldnt it be blowing blue smoke and wouldnt i be loosing oil

so far it isnt burning oil and my oil but my buddy came by and he drives a little civic and he did a little burn out trying to be all cool so i was like pff what ever tryed to show him up truck wont evin brake the tires lose i tryed but wont go

Its not going to break the tires loose with 3.55 gears and 33" tires... first gear is geared too high for that now... Its gonna be sluggish with that combo period. Ignoring that huge flaw in your setup isnt going to make the effects go away...

well im planing in geting new gearing any idea what i should go 2 and im steping up to 38s and a bigger lift and probly biger diffs once this problem is gone but 1 thing i was just thinking is woundnt my problem stop if i was straight header cuz i did it and it sill had the problem

so im going to take my tb off and see if theres oil in it and if not im going to take my truck out for a drive and try and catch my problem on video i cant stand this any more its so stupid

38's on the stock half ton axles is a bad plan. Do your axle swap BEFORE you go that big.

With 38's though, 4.88 or 5.13 gears...... (4.88 is as good as it gets on the 9.25 chrysler axle.)

I broke them loose all the time before on 3.55's without any problems???

Anywhoo.. do your axle swap before lift like Hey you said. Then drop in 5.13's and call it a day

Mine only smoked at startup, and I was going thru a couple quarts a WEEK.

I dont think thats the problem my truck smokes but its white and my oil hasnt gone down
