Cool Power seat conversion

Okay I don't know if anybody has done this yet but how hard would it be to install power seats in one that wasnt originally..... Im trading interior with a dark gray and I want the power seats. How hard would it be to install and wire them up?

Your probably not gonna have the wiring in your truck to connect the power seats.

I would just wire them straight to the battery, just throw a fuse in there somewhere so you dont mess up anything.

Oh and make sure you get alot of pics

There should be a place in the fusebox. And in a lot of cases, most accessories have wiring harness installed and just left in place for options that are not installed. May need to pull carpet back and take a peek. Should not be too big a deal if it isn't there - it is just a switched circuit.

theres only a positive and negative run through the floor pan comes up through the carpet positive will go in the further inside slot in the clip and as has been said before if you run power off the battery put a fuse in it
