Do anyone know of anyone that makes diamond plated door panels.

Not that I have ever seen.... would probably have to custom make them.

That'd be pretty cool, but diamond plate is expensive. If you absolutely wanted to, it shouldn't be too hard to make since only plastic anchors and 3 screws hold the door on.
