Odd, that. 45 mph is the minimum speed limit on all Interstate freeways. By Federal law one need not use any special safety lights or signage if one is maintaining 45 mph or higher. In Arizona, 15 mph is the minimum speed for all state highways-one would need a slow moving vehicle sign and flashing emergency lights to travel on the road surface slower than 15 mph. To each state their own I guess.
i had the same issue on a road trip. Go under the dash to the fuse box, unplug the #15 fuse, let it sit, then plug it back in. That fixed my issue. I have a 92 Le 318 so it should work for you too

You do realize this thread is six years old, right? I would like to think this was dealt with a LONG time ago.

you do realize I'm providing a possible fix for someone who might look at this forum in the future right? I'd like to think I can help someone else in the future if they have this problem. No need to be a jerk about it dude

Well, let me think about this for a bit...... the OP's problem was fixed 6 years ago. We have seen multiple additional threads of this nature since then...... Then, along you come, and resurrect a six year old thread, with a 'fix' for something that was already fixed..... Yeah, I think I will continue to be a jerk about it.
If you aren't familiar with forum etiquette, resurrecting long-dead threads is frowned upon. Considering this is your first post here, it would appear you registered just to respond to this post....... Let me give you a hint: If the problem was solved, and the thread is old, DON'T resurrect it. It really is that easy. Bringing up a 'fix' for something that was ALREADY fixed, isn't helping. Just cluttering the the first page of the forums, and possibly bumping a thread from someone that STILL has an issue off the front page.
