I'm going to try this. I pulled out the blower motor the other day and I could feel dirt all over the heater core fins.

this is one of those serious bang for buck mods, but at the same time could rip you apart. lol

Yup, I started with one hole, but couldn't quite get to all of the core, the second hole did produce even more dust, the holes I drilled were about 7/16" just enough to move the blow gun around
