7 year battle with heater not heating, finally a cure....
this is an interesting idea..
so you just drilled those 2 holes, looks like about 3/8 inch, and blew compressed air into them.... and a big cloud of dust blew off the inner fins of the core.
did compressed air into each hole blow out a separate cloud?
would more holes blow out more dust?
is there any way leaves and pine straw can get inside the air box and onto the heater core?
i mght try this. my heat sucks too.
a step bit or reamer can provide more control over hole depth.
