Nifty, so in this case (p.39) it lists:
SCREW AND WASHER, Hex Flange Head, .312-18x.562

Why would it give part#06033043 when the dealer gives 6036671AA (that part number does not exist in the parts manual)?

Strange. I use the parts manual all the time, and usually print the page and take to dealer. Freaks them out. I won't tell them where I got it. Part numbers have always worked. main thing is to use the size given, and buy at hardwares store, Tractor Supply, or something like that Tractor Supply sells them by the pound...whether its bolts, nuts, washers, or a combination. I keep a selection of SAE and metric (metric not available at TS in Texas...) nuts and bolts and usually try to replace as I do repairs.
