the IAC should be 2 T25 " which what mine is" screw in the back of the unit. if u take of the air cleaner you can get a screw driver back there and unscrew it.

Why not just take the tb off the intake to clean it much ezer and you will be able to clean it more throughly.

What do you guys think about the ECU losing its memory? Someone told me I need to let the truck run for a couple minutes and it will start working again. It sounds like I either have to sit in the truck and rev it for a couple minutes or try and take it out for a spin.

mine was doing the same thing the other day. i took off the neg cable and turned the key forward for 5 mins and then came back turned off key. reconnect battery. started fine. might try that.

Is it just this time of year that so many rigs have this no start conundrum going on? eeee-gad!! this is not a bashing at all, just seems quite plentiful situation.

Put a new battery in the truck and after a two cranks it started right up. My battery must have been shot but it still had 12v to it. Im just glad its up and running again, thanks for your help guys.

Voltage and cranking amps are two separate animals. Never trust a battery based on volts alone.
