RE: HELP!!!! BOOST MY RAM POWER!!!
I agree with 97Dodge...the K&N FIPK should definitely be your CAI of choice. As far as exhaust goes, there are lots of good brands that offer NO gimmicks. Flowmaster is a good choice and sounds great. Borla is also a good brand, along with Magnaflow and Gibson. It all lies in what YOU like.

RE: HELP!!!! BOOST MY RAM POWER!!!
I'm a little late in this post, but I did both and have found the following:
First the exhaust was done. Since I didn't want to spend a heap of money, I bought a Summit Racing Cat Back system. It opened the exhaust a little but mainly what I was after was sound. Mileage increased a little, but nothing to write home to momma about. Presumably, the Flowmaster (or like systems) might be better for mileage.
Secondly, I did the PaceSetter air intake mod. I'd recommend a K&N because it is probably better in the application specific department. I had to do some modifications and tweaking to get the PaceSetter system in place and functioning. As to what it did, phenominal!! I drove the truck to Vegas from Ely on July 21 of this year. My mileage increased from the high 11's and low 12's to 15.6 MPG!! And that was with the A/C running too. A mid-range power increase was quite evident above 2000 RPM. Noticable enough that it seemed to plant me firmly in my seat when I punched it for passing.
I must note here that I live at 6500 ft, so performance isn't usually that great. But this air intake changed all that. And I didn't even mention the power increase noted in Vegas (just under 3000 ft.) I ended up punching the truck at stop lights to see what it would do and was grinning from ear to ear over the performance increase.
The CAI is definately the mod of choice.
