power issues low idle
i have a 2000 ram 1500 4x4 with the 360. it idles at like 650.. my neighbor who ahs the same thing just the 2500 says it should idle at 1100
anyway to change that?
still my 4wd dosent work and i fixed all the vacuum lines exept if their are any in the cab. possibly should i switch them at the cad?

1100 rpm is too fast after it warms up. Your neighbor is misinformed.
As far as the 4wd issue, vacuum lines appear to be the most common failure. Check them at CAD. Also, sear for CAD threads and there should be some ino on how to check to see if CAD motor is working correctly - OR - go to FAQ/DIY section and download the FSM for your truck. Good details there for checking the CAD.

Yup, 650 is spot on. As far as the 4wd and CAD go. Read this and perform the diagnostics. http://www.dodgeram.org/tech/repair/..._engagment.htm
