Default breaks stuck

Im in need of some advice/help with my 00 sport cummins 3500. With engine off, breaks fine (obviously no power, but normal) when engine starts breaks apply itself and stay. if i turn wheels left or right the breaks apply harder until i stop turning.
Any help would be awesome.

thanks in advance

I think he's saying the brakes activate without him mashing the brake pedal whenever the engine is turned on? Its a diesel, so it doesn't have vacuum assist power brakes. Maybe there's a problem with whatever power brake components a diesel has. I dunno much about da diesel.

Brakes Self Apply 1. Dump valve faulty. 1. Replace booster.
