Question kickdown cable

I'm working on my 97 ram 1500 5.2 4x4 taking off the intake and the kickdown cable's plastic end snapped(the piece that connects to the throttle body), so does anyone know where i can get a new one and if i need to take the whole cable out to get it off

I know I'll sound like a dick, but, by looking(It's not rocket science). Since you have a 97, I strongly suggest you get a Haynes manual.
