Default Tire size question

I didn't post this in the cummins forum because it isn't motor related. My truck is a 2001 2500 2wd cummins. My question is would 33s fit without to much rub? I got a line on a set of terra grapplers with 5-6000 miles on them for $250. I'd like to get them if they wouldn't rub to much. Help me out guys.
