Also worthy of consideration, and my recommendation: PATC. I've got their "level three" Mega Viper with one of their high zoot billet converters and a few other goodies, and no complaints whatsoever. I don't really know anything about Saine's builds but I am confident that PATC's work is top-notch.

OK
I will have a look on that website

Right now doing a ton of searches on using Amsoil on this Transmission, bunch of mixed reviews on it.
I haven't paid for the amsoil yet, just my dealer has it on hold.

I'm Still debating about doing the Transmission Filter. I'm pretty sure once you drop the pan, you will not release any debris out the filter so long as your careful.
What's the mileage on changing these filters out??

Per the FSM (factory service manual), Light Duty Schedule "A" puts it at 100,000 miles/160,000 km. Light Duty Schedule "B" puts it at 30,000 miles/40,000 km. Myself, I'd go with the 30,000 miles/40,000km no matter what, and drop it down to 24,000 miles or 36,000 kilometers if the rig does much towing duty.

All that said: My preferred approach is to install a remote ATF filter (upstream of the cooler, of course) and a transmission pan with a drain plug in it. That way I can change the remote filter quickly and easily and never change the one in the pan unless it looks like it needs it when I'm in there for a scheduled band adjustment.
