Default Cylinder 1 is on the drivers side right?

Im just wondering why if cylinder 1 is on the drivers side but the cat is on the passenger side and the codes say bank 1 sensor 1, for the o2 sensor shouldn't it say bank 2 sensor 1?

Because you have federal emissions, and only have one pre-cat O2 sensor. Therefore, bank 1 sensor 1...... If you had cali emissions, then you would have two pre-cat O2 sensors. The one on the drivers side would be 1/1, passenger side would be 2/1

Ok thanks.
1 more thing when you say pre cat o2 sensor do you mean the one thats on the cat itself because my truck dont have one befor the cat it only has 1 on the cat and 1 after it.
