I have a 2002 dodge ram 1500 5.9L its I did the key trick and it comes up with p0301 I'm positive it cylinder 1 misfire I just changed the injectors today cuz of a moltipole misfire wat should I do next

what do your plugs/wires/cap/rotor look like? Coil? How many miles on the truck?

I had that problem with my 03' and found I had a cracked valve spring
