soooo 2 questions, i have 3" suspension and 3" body, and its leveled 2.5".
can i clear 37s? And if i could clear them, i know the stock axles in back aint strong enough, but is there bigger and stronger axles i can use in the 9.25? rather than havin to swap in a dana60 rear...

I think you'll be right on the line for clearance. Other dependencies will be what wheel offset and tire width, among other things.
There are people that run 37s on the 9.25". If your driving it hard, smacking things, wheel spinning with immediate stops....then any axle will break.
In any case....you could get in tough with these reputable folks:

I'd just run the axle till they break and just get replacements from the junkyard for cheaper cost. These 9.25s are kinda plentiful unless your area is short on them.

my 9.25 held up for a while and i beat it. the dana44 not so much. I have yukon axles in the 9.25. with a lifetime warrenty from randys ring n pinion. I cleared 37 x 13.5 boggers and only had to cut the front fender cause when flexing they rubbed. I had a 9 year old 7inch skyjacker lift on it then.....now i got 8 inch diesel springs and 3 " body with 6" lift springs in the back i can tuck my old 42's in and have tons of room left still
