Default abs/brake light on

So I have an 01 ram 1500 4x4 with the 5.9 and ABS. Well the other night I had to slam hard onto the brake pedal and stopped. Well now the light pops on when I start the truck. If I turn the truck off and back on the light goes away. So I thought it might be something with the brakes so I ended up replacing the front brake calipers and pads. The guy said the rear passenger side broke a clip for the e-brake where it hooks onto the pad.

I do notice a noise coming from the rear axle when I'm driving, so is it possible something else broke that we both missed? I know there's the RWAL sensor on the rear axle, could it be possible that broke and somehow part of it could of got into the rear end?

If you only have RWAL, chances are good, that it's just that rear sensor that is bad. If you have 4WAL, need to have codes read, to see what it is complaining about.

I know he hooked up their scanner to it and didn't pull any codes. So I'm just going to have him replace the rear sensor anyways and also check the rear axle fluid since it looks like it's been leaking.
