Probably between $500 and 1k. Prices will vary from shop to shop

And kit costs varies form $50 to over $80 - depending on where you get it. Gaskets are cheap enought a local parts store.

Labor costs are going to vary by location, type of shop (dealer or non dealer) and other variables. I cannot find a recent Flat Rate Manual with labor estimates (mine dates to the late 70's so data is not appropriate).

And that labor rate will obviously go up some if you do the water pump and timing at the same time as the plenum. After just having done the plenum myself I can say its not a hard job but definitely labor intensive so my guess would be 500 to 1000 depending on the shop also.

unless you have a cheap mechanic, plan on dropping $1000 at a good shop. im guessing they will milk it for all they can once they get in there. and then they will want you to fix everything else while there so plan on $1500 LOL!
