Default ***i need help please***

I have a 99 dodge ram. when i drive it and oush down on the brake pedal i lose my brakes.... i do not have a leak. when the brake pedal is all the way down the abs and brake light comes on. um also the the check engine light did come on once but not now.... please help me and thankyou

Check fluid levels. If you aren't losing fluid anywhere obvious, probably a toasted master cylinder.

symptoms of a bad master cylinder:
soft pedal.
pedal firms up a little if you pump it several times.
once pumped up, the pedal slowly sinks to the floor, but firms again with more pumps.

if yours is acting like this - replace master cylinder

possibly squishy rubber lines too as a culprit.
