I actually prefer to get most of my parts locally. (unless I can't find it local, or, I can get it SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper online.) For the most part, once shipping and handling is figured in, it's cheaper just to get it local....... but, we have more parts stores than bars here. (and probably more parts stores than churches too for that matter.....) So, I can usually find just about anything, and Advance even price matches stuff from websites. I got a door handle for a Lumina for 35 bucks, that they normally sell for 80.... because I brought in a printed page showing the price.

from what i see on rock auto that other wheel cylinder looks very similar to the CENTRIC brand wheel cylinders they have listed.

i don't like ordering stuff online but sometime the price of stuff locally seem too friggen ridiculous in Canada. $400 for a power steering gear box + 300 core charge. you can order one from rockauto for about $300 and get $90 back when you return your core.

maybe it is some new design. i could maybe understand it since the rust eventually kind of pushes the boot off.

Hmm. I work at o'reillys and drive a 2nd gen weird huh. I loved the wagner thermoquiet ceramic set up up front. stops very briskly and quietly. minimal dust and noise. the oreilly rotors are also fairy decent. +1 on the brake line flush and regular shoes on the rear. Next im trying the carbon metallic pads made by performance friction next go-round. Those pads are friggen bad!!
