Default Ball Check Valve Location

OK, I hate to see this asked again, but I searched and couldn't come up with a good answer. Where, on a 5.2L equipped Dodges, is the ball check valve in the automatic tranny? My truck has 112,400 on it (which I bought 1,000 miles ago), and this weekend I am changing the trans filter, pan gasket, and adjusting the bands. I want to inspect/clean the ball check valve, but if I don't know what I am looking for then I am screwed.

On Monday or Tuesday I am taking it to Jiffy Lube for a complete flush. The guys here in Norman, Oklahoma are on top of their game and have done me well with advice.

.
On my '98 2500, it's located on the pressure tranny cooler line where it connects at the radiator. Here's a few pics...

Norman, huh. My mother-in-law lives in Del City.

I thought that on the 1500 the valve is inside the transmission.

Drained the transmission last night and changed out the filter. I attempted to adjust the bands but was defeated by two problems: #1) I couldn't understand, from the diagrams I pulled off of one website, where the front band is located. #2) I think someone recently had serviced the tranny as there was a cork gasket installed (half the bolts torqued hard, the other torqued with no effort) and I couldn't get a good "bite" with my wrench on the locknut. Looks like someone got sloppy/stupid and partially rounded the corners on the locknut. That left me screaming and yelling. So, I installed the new filter, the RUBBER gasket, and torqued the bolts to the proper specs. Went to Jiffy Lube today and the boys flushed my transmission and blew in a bottle of Lucas, which was recommended for a cooler running trans. Worst case scenario I will rebuilt the tranny at 150,000 myself assuming I have my other project vehicles done. Then again, I may just hang on to this truck for two years and then move up to a 2001 model.
