new toy!
Hey everyone. As you know, I am new, and I am a hardcore Dodge nut. I love trucks, and I already have me a Ram and a ol' Power Wagon. I am gonna need a truck down in KS for school. My budget is $6000. So far, I have found a few. Tell me what you guys think.
Here's the first one. It's a 1996 Laramie SLT 2WD w/, new radiator, new water pump, int perfect, new Goodyear NT/E, spray on bedliner, 137K, $5,995.
The second one. It's a 1994 LWB single cab w/ a 5.9L, running board, window sheilds/visors, and it has both flow through and stock tailgates. It only has 94k on it too, which is pretty good miles. It look spectacular for its age, but I would feel bad not having the time to wash/wax regularly. It's only $5950.
Last one. It's a 1995 2WD Club Cab, and its got a warranty too which is nice. Other than the stardard options it doesn't say much. It has 150k though, but it is a 10 year truck. BTW black on black in my fave colo combo so..... It's $5845.

RE: new toy!
# 1 mileage not too high for its age, unusual color combo, new parts, tires and spray on bedliner a plus
# 2 looks old guy tacky like he couldn't resist screwing on JC Whitney junk, lowest miles but I'd never buy a first year model no matter who built it.
# 3 black looks badass, tough to keep clean.

Yea, I was a lil uneasy about the 94 as well. It's a tie between the 1st and 3rd one. For many years I have wanted a black Ram Club Cab. However, we have a black vehicle, and I can attest to how hard it is to keep clean. I do kinda like the stuff on the '94, and it looks to be in good condition. Thanks.

RE: new toy!
seems everyone is saying 'go with #1'. We'll see. I am kinda lookin at Dakotas too, but hey. Do you think you guys could help me search for em? Post what you find on here. I am looking for a DD '94-'01 Ram pref. club cab but single cab is fine. It must have no more than 160k and must be less than $6000. Please help. Color dont matter much to me. Oh whoops. The zipp is 66044.

you can determine where the cars are located by zip code....
You might be able to get a better deal on a lesser mileage Dakota.....it may not be your preference....but I miss my Dak's
