I would take that one step further and say if you can afford the advice above use that money to buy a third generation with a better hemi and transmission along with mpg and other things.....
the viper is an aftermarket replacement for those of us already stuck with these things and are gluttons for punishment...and the desire to re engineer the problems away one breakdown at a time...

Oh its also pushing 35" tires with upwards of 400lbs of stuff in the bed....
Ahh but how long have you been pushing those 35" tires with stock gears?? I would guess not long and you already expect a transmission failure in the near future...with that kind of mileage and the additional load of the 35" tires it would be foolish not to expect failure soon.

rebuilt transmissions still overheat and fail especially when used offroad a lot.... if you plan on lifting it and NOT changing the gears to match your just doing the opposite of what you want to accomplish here... I suggest AAA platnuim.... they towed me off a sand beach in a foreign country (Canada) when I dropped the engine in the sand in my foolish youthful offroading days in my jeep...

I also recommend an external filter and aux cooler as well as check valve delete to keep things cool when offroading or on the road...
