Aim's issues were all collector related.. the gaskets never failed him..

I went through every gasket around.. remflex gaskets are on it now.. they are stupid thick and meld into the nooks and crannies, and seal when others won't.. my hedman headers are warped, but they don't leak- I have the remflex gaskets to thank for that.

Plus, the pillow helps your bolts hold torque..

You can spend $20 on others, but you may as well order two or three sets to save shipping.. keep them.around because you'll need them over the next couple years.. you'll only need one set of remflex.

I used Remflex and the driver side burned out, and I changed to an SCE copper gasket on that side. Not saying Remflex was bad, but it was at the rear header bolt on the driver side.

I did catch J415 posting that he tried the ebay stainless headers and they had all sorts of fitment issues in a thread where he tried to tell me they were all the same and then in another thread he said he bought a pair but sold them before ever even getting around to attempting installation so....

My ebay headers came with felpro (or damn good felpro knockoffs) ...no issues but I used indian head sealer between the header and gasket for a better seal per advice from another forum..

Bought one pair of e bay headers and sold them to someone who was interested. then decided I wanted to install some on mine but I had fitment issues. Either way, Zman, I'm coming your way for calling me a lair. It's on now!!!

I actually do own a ford. a '91 F250 that has 500K's on it...original motor. Just replaced the original tranny. It's my work truck and it's one heck of a work horse. But I still love my Ram...Another forum. No way! As it is, I've barely had time to keep up with you guys lately.
