Another fellow biker... Your truck wont go faster than 105? Ive had mine pegged at the 120 line. In my 01 ORE also... although i wouldnt do it now with everything about to fall apart..

So in our trucks the computer does that?? Any other way to get around that and be able to use the tuner?

yes.. use a real tuner like sct or superchips or hypertech... jetchips and the like dont work on our trucks since they dont really change any programming..
