Wire harness

I just got a 1996 2500 Ram. I am new to this Mopar stuff. I would like to up grade a few things on it, driving lights, overhead console with temp and compass. My question is did Dodge put the same wiring harness in all the trucks, mine is a SLT, can I just add the things I want to add and the wires for it will already be there?

i dont think the wires for the compass and stuff will be there. as far as driving lights, whats there to change?
