door rusted shut

Default door rusted shut
I have a 98.5 dodge long box extended cab. The back driver side door is rusted shut in the back. Any ideas on how to get it open?

I don't have an ext. cab myself. But there are plenty threads about this common problem. You'll most likely get a quicker answer by doing a search here on DF.
