Default trouble code 33

Hey fellas I got a code 33 I belive its a faulty or shortend ac relay from what Ive read. There's not much info on it online that Ive found. Now yesterday I turned on my ac&a bunch of crap came uo the vents ended up being a mouse nest,I cleaned it all up but seems its some in the blower from the way it sounds. So my guess is that is where it is.Not sure if that has anything to do with it or not.Any ideas?

Here's what someone else said in older thread on here...I suppose this might help.

Synopsis
Description: Air conditioning cut-out relay circuit is open or shorted
Power loss light: Off
Limp-in mode: None

Possible Causes
Bad connection or wiring - Check the wiring and connections between the logic module and the relay. Clean and regrease any corroded connectors with dielectric grease and repair any shorts.
Bad relay - Disconnect the relay and apply 12V across the coil terminals (dark blue wire on single connector and dark blue with orange stripe on 3-terminal connector). You should hear a click and the connection between the other two terminals should be shorted.
