Same codes reoccured this morning PO455 & PO442. Seems to happen in moring after initial startup and when driving the first half mile through neighborhood and less that 30mph.

 

crankcase vent and fuel evap faults are 2 different things, pcv valve has nothing to do with a evap fault.

 

I'm battling the same problem.

I am getting the same codes and have replaced the gas cap,put SS clamps on to tightened lines to the emissions pump and gas tank vent.

I have pics but they are too big to upload. I'm ready to try another gas cap again. Anyone of a suggested brand or should I go to the dealer to get one!
