Default no power to ac

My ac went out a last summer and I left it alone all winter but with warm weather coming I would like to try to fix it. I went to see if I could get it to work today and it wouldnt. I checked my incoming power at the plug and am not getting any power there. could someone help me figure this out. Im not super savy on electrical problems. Its a 95 1500 5.9l v8

thanks

Where did you check power?

When you turn to blower motor **** to full blast, does it do anything?

There is a 20 amp fuse to compressor clutch. Also, if refreigerant is too low or too full, the hi or low pressure switch will keep it from running. The fuse on a 1999 is in the PDC first row, second fuse from the fender.
