I picked up my '94 4x4 3/4 ton for $4995. 138k miles on it. I looked at a few other 4wd V10s that were in that range as well (1 was even a dually). You should be able to find a 4wd Ram for 6k.

Go with #1. It's got a lot more goodies on it and about 13k less miles.....

#3 is nice but if its simply a matter of color....you can always repaint #1......

By the way, are you going to be a Jayhawk or a Wildcat?

Probably a UMD Bulldog soon. I dont know.

.
I found our Ram through Yahoo! Autos... let's you enter in a low and high price and mileage too. Dealerships and private owners. Plus, you can search a milage radius from your zip code. Just use the 'Advanced Search option. Good luck with your search. I recently saw a lifted 1500 4x4 standard cab here in Cheyenne for $5K. They're out there. Let us know what you end up buying.

Edit: I just did a quick search using your limits, and found 28 listings within 100 miles of your zip. These are '94-'01 Ram 1500s. Check it out.
