2500 springs will go right in. No modifications necessary.

If the springs are off a cummins they'll give you 3 inches of lift

Yup she sits a little high in the front thats what i like.... i got 3'' body lift too. I already had 3'' spacers in but with sagging 1500 coil springs it wasnt like having that 3'' lift.

Dycro27... you have three inch spacers and the cummins springs. I have a three inch spacer on my ram and was thinking about putting cummins springs on it also. I need a little more to level out to the back. Just wondering if you have the spacer and the cummins coils on at the same time if you had to adjust any steering components. Have heard over three inches you have to mess with the steering and if i have a 3 inch spacer and 2-3 inches from the springs if it will be required to mess with steering. ty
