yup.... They have bolt on setups for our trucks that replace the y pipe and pipes to the manafolds/headers for like 185 with shipping from ebay... cats dont usually PLUG up though unless there an oil burning issue of some kind so you can rule out a bad pvc or plenum gasket...or worn rings for that matter...
