changing tps torx screws and wire plug wont come lose any tips

Yep. If you can get them started to loosen, back them out, then tighten, and then out again a few times. When reinstalling, use anti-seize on the threads.

Get in the habit of using anti-seize on just about all of the nuts and bolts you don't use loctite on, especially when they involve dissimilar metals.

It might be easier if you pull the throttle body completely off. Just a thought.

Not really, because at least now the TB is being held. Take it off, and you have to deal with holding it still if you don't have a bench vise.
