Default 5.2 engine swap help

Hey all.
My buddy and I recently swapped Dodge 5.2's into our 1992 Jeep Wranglers.
His is from a 1994 truck (per guy who sold it to him).
Anyway, we have it in and running but we are getting a check engine light.
I pulled the codes and we have: 43, 42, 47, 21.
I didn't have these issues with my swap and we have been digging through his wiring today and I couldn't find any obvious issues.
I checked for continuity from the sensors back to the SBEC (computer) and they all test good.
The O2 sensor is brand new.
We are using the AX15 trans from the Jeep via a Dakota/Ram 3.9 bellhousing.
It starts and runs great, but we need to pass emissions.
Anybody have any idea what might be going on?
Thanks!
Here's some pics of my junk...I mean work in progress.
It's at the A/C shop getting hoses made.

21: O2's stay at center. Either the sensor is bad, the wiring is bad, the heater isn't working, (not getting hot enough.) or you have an exhaust leak.

42: Open or Short in Auto shutdown relay circuit. Quick test: Turn the key to On, but, do not start the motor, you should have power at the coil/injectors for about 3 seconds, then it should go away. Does it?

43: Open or short in number # coil circuit. Indicates that the ignition coil's peak primary circuit current is not achieved with the maximum dwell time. Since you only have one coil...... got a spare you can swap with, and see if that one goes away?

47: Battery voltage sense input above target charging voltage during engine operation. Also, no significant change in battery voltage was detected during a test of the generator output. What is your volt gauge telling you?

We are seeing 14.6V at the battery with it running.
Not really sure on the others.
It's over at his house. I'll pass this along to him...Thanks for the suggestions!
