Anything can be lifted. Body lift would be cheap and easy. Suspension lifts for 1st gen durangos are few and far between, and some years have nothing available off the shelf. What year is it?

Well Rancho made a suspension lift for them back in the day, but it is discontinued, so you have pretty much 3 options. 1) prowl the internet until you find one for sale used and buy it, 2) body lift, or 3) http://www.ebay.com/itm/Adrenaline-3...#ht_500wt_1413

If I was you and she really wanted some height out of the thing I would combine option 2 and 3.
