what are the differences?
can the r/ts go it the rams?
i tried searching and couldnt find anything. just curious.

Same motor, just in a dakota or durango.

oh ok. well then whats the difference between a regular durango/dakota and the r/t version?

the r/t's have different heads i believe. the only difference is valve size, but yes it can/will drop right into a ram.

NOPE..

R/Ts did not come with R/T heads...Only one did for a magazine article and that's where the confusion comes from.
There is no difference between a stock Ram 5.9 and a stock Dakota 5.9, I have both.

Same exact engine, R/T's came with just a little more timing in the PCM giving it a whopping 5 more hp that you can't feel.

thanks for correcting me. i always thought they had the bigger valves. my bad.

I know the r/t kotas had different rims. The durangos just had paint a different paint scheme.

i have a ladyfriend with an r/t durango and she wants to lift it but her dad (not mechanically inclined) said that it cant be lifted. now i havent looked underneath one but i feel like hes a liar. anyone comfim? and if the cant be lifted, why?
