Have we complicated the reapir yet?

How worn is the steering system? Although not likey, is that the only part that is worn or damaged?

Default Tie rod adjustment sleeve bolt

On my driver front I tried to realign it when I went to tighten the bolts on of the bolts would not stay in place so I can tighten the nut on it has a flat top with the square on it and the square part was just spinning it's self and I can't get the nut to it on of off to replace it it's a 99 Dodge ram1500 5.9l I'm stuck and I have to make an 1hr and 13min drive everyday

Can you grab the head of the bolt with a wrench, or vice grips?

Ah, one of those.....

Got a hack saw? Cut it off. Replace it with a nut/bolt.
