Search FAQ/DIY section for SCT. There ar several discussions about these. It depends on what you have, and waht you want it to do.

SCT or Superchips are the only ones that will do anything. Ebay crap and even Jet Chips are worthless.

SCT gave my truck a better overall feel, but didnt do much for mpg, if anything. Fact is, it may have accually hurt it a little. I have the 5.2L and get around 11-12 mpg. Probably due to my fight foot though.

Superchips, I have no expirience with. Best to search the forum and see what comes up.

Yep, the canned tunes from hemifever will be adequate to the task. When you start doing internal mods, you can start thinkin' about the custom tunes. (for another 100 bucks. )

If in doubt, contact Sean at hemifever. He always has his Ram game on! (In fact I need to e-mail him to see if I need another tune after putting HS Rockers on.)

I had both superchips and Sct and Sct did wonders compared to the 2 . Better power and tranny acts so much better and smoother
