Rings, yes, it would burn oil. Probably a sticking valve.

Could be a valve not sealing, rings (should have oli consumption but maybe not much). Does it smoke?

No smoke at all just smells rich and thats the cylinder with wet plug.

It has about 3k on oil change and oil has not gone down at all
