Mine just did this too, slowly was getting worse and worse. Replaced the governor solenoid and problem solved. You will need to do a complete flush..

Of course after I did mine my tranny went about 100 miles later.. Turns out it was just a precursor of problems to come in my situation.

Truck is in the shop now getting the transmission rebuilt...
