I have just purchased a 1996 V10 truck runs great and everything works well except the factory alarm has malfunctioned and it seems to be tied into everything is there an alarm I can replace it with or maybe a wiring Diagram I can use to remove the alarm completely? If anyone has any useful information they can give me please do, most mechanics are lost when it comes to the V10 and I need someone who knows them well to help me out with this issue, Thanks guys. I know there are alot of people who stand behind this truck 100%, well fellas there is now 1 more to that group.

 

Grab the 96 service manual from the FAQ section. (in the service manuals thread.) Should have what you need in there.

Did these even come with a security system??
