Question U-joints for a 97 5.2??

My shaft felt off and I have broken both U-joints.

I have looked at the site of rockauto and it says that the both joints are the same?

Both with two outside cilps and two inside?

It looks that the the tranny side of my axle has 4 outside clips, I have in the yoke and the axle room for outside clips.

Wich U-joints do I need?

Thanks and greetings,

Erik.

I would suggest getting them locally. Your neighborhood parts store should be able to set ya right up. You can take the old dead ones in with you, and simply match them up.

Front and rear U-joints are the same. Take my advice and buy the American made and not the Chinese. I accidentally bought the Chinese made garbage from O'reilly and the damned things were .030 too large. Returned them for the American made and those fit like a glove.
