Cheapest route for worn-out springs = Lift kit?
My Ram is leaning, about two inches lower on the driver side. It is also squatting about an inch lower in the rear than it used to, and the payload is ridiculous. I installed BD Deisel's Track Bar Kit on the front, which needs an additional 2" of clearance. This came in the form of coil spacers from the junkyard, but my nose-down look is gone
So, I'm wondering; have any of you tried a lift kit with all new springs? New coils for the front, new leaves for the rear. How much did it cost, and how do they ride?

Check out the 3" rough country kit. Its a great price for what you're gettting.
Or just order up some new 3/4 ton springs and shocks to address the ride height and fix the ride.

your 1500 will have 2-1/2 inch wide rear leaf springs. don't get standard 2500/3500 springs which are 3 inches wide unless you have plans to replace the spring hangers and axle pads.
on my old chevy i jacked up the rear by getting some leaf springs and u-bolts from the junkyard for about $10 and building my own leaf packs. i doubled one or two of the longer ones and inserted an in-between size from the junkyard. it became a brute.
if you do this, you need to match the widths, lengths and center hole stack bolt position. some are in dead-center, some are not. on my old chevy, i found a almost match in a 2500 van, but had to drill a new center hole in a hardened leaf. that was a lot harder than i expected it to be.
