Look in the FAQ/DIY section for the proper wire routing and go from there

How do you know its not the wires? Were the routed like the TSB has them?

Automatically discounting a known issue such as routing of plug wires reduces the liklihood of finding the problem. The plug wire routing, the plenum, as well as inadequate compression are commonly known symptoms of misfire.

Do you know which cylinders are misfiring?

Plenum shot, cat and o2's are also done. And here is the TSB for wire routing. I doubt it's the main prob though. http://dodgeram.info/tsb/1998/18-48-98/18-48-98-v8.htm
