There it's a thread a few pages back about tire wear after alignment. Some good info in there about steering adjustment that may be what you're looking for. Sorry, but the mobile interface won't let me paste the link.

You need a new alignment shop. Any alignment shop SHOULD know this, what toe should be. It is tough to find a good alignment shop. Toe is what you are looking for and that is simple the geometric relationship of the wheel to the center of the axle.

"The toe of a wheel refers to the angle of the wheel in relation to the vehicle's centerline. If the front of a wheel is angled inward toward the centerline, then the wheel has toe-in. If the front of a wheel angles outward away from the centerline, then the vehicle has toe-out. Most vehicles are designed for the wheels to toe in slightly. The ideal toe-in is +0.1 degrees."
