Blower issues???

Today it was a hot one.. I had the A/C running on max and the blower on Hi (thought the dash vents.) I noticed when I went to pass a car, the air started to blow out my defrost vent???? After I passed the car it started to blow back throught the dash vents??? Has anyone ever had this issue? And if so, how do I fix it?

Do a search for wild vents it will tell you what you need to know.
