fender help

Default fender help

Ok theres a dent on my fender thats pretty big but theres no creases so i can pound it back to shape....i cant figure out how to pull it off. Ive taken off all bolts i can see but it wont move....do i need to remove headlight to get at more bolts?

In the fsm sec 23 page 22 it tells you what were and how to remove and install a fender. There are a sh** load of bolts to remove and replace.

Ive taken about ten bolts out...the inner fender well plastic and she wont move

There is more than that for sure, there are a lot at the rad support.

Edit: I can count 12 bolts just at the rad support and those are the ones I can see.

Just the outer part of the fender is not going to happen. There are welds that need to be drilled or burned / ground off also. The inner fender is part of the outer.

Yes that was my problem zman...didnt see the spot welds to hold them together...but i got it off now

Well its back on and i was able to pull the dent out pretty well. I want my new door now...i want her to look good

+1.... Not to mention, his truck is a regular cab. And I have two doors in near perfect condition. But the price is not affordable for him.
